Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Senior Performance & Talent Solutions Lead to own the enterprise strategy for performance, talent, and succession solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, Workday-enabled processes and lead end-to-end cycle execution with partners across HR and analytics.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Performance Management, you will drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement while managing a global roadmap and stakeholder priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience 7–10 years in talent/performance management, HR tech, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Workday Performance, Talent, and/or Succession.
• Ability to translate talent strategy into scalable processes and requirements.
• Experience leading global annual cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise performance and talent solution strategy and multi-release roadmap.
• Lead global annual cycles, calibration, succession and talent reviews.
• Oversee Workday functional design, configuration, testing, and release readiness.
• Ensure strong user adoption, data quality, and governance across performance and talent domains.
