Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Senior Performance & Talent Solutions Lead to Own the enterprise strategy and global product roadmap for performance, talent, and succession solutions. You will partner across HR, analytics, and technology to translate policy into scalable, Workday-enabled processes and experiences.

You will lead end-to-end cycles, drive adoption, and collaborate with senior stakeholders on governance, data quality, and change management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Workday Performance, Talent, and Succession capabilities.
• Experience leading global annual cycles, cross-functional initiatives, and stakeholder governance.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize information for senior audiences.
• Ability to translate talent strategy into scalable processes, requirements, and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise performance and talent solutions strategy and multi-release functional product roadmap.
• Define the future-state ecosystem for goal setting, performance, calibration, talent profiles, reviews, potential, succession, and development planning.
• Lead global process architecture, end-to-end workflows, and annual cycles for performance and talent.
• Serve as the functional product owner for Workday Performance, Talent, and Succession capabilities.
• Manage user acceptance testing, release readiness, and adoption, ensuring value realization.
