Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with Workday and hands-on configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Core HCM, Absence tracking, and security models.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Workday strategy, governance, and HR technology roadmap.
• Drive global Workday implementations, country rollouts, and future modules.
• Configure Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
• Develop reports and analytics; ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Coordinate integrations with payroll, benefits, and identity systems.
