Aderant Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Partner to own the global talent cycle end-to-end, support leaders and People Business Partners with performance management year-round, and drive succession planning and talent reviews.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or a related People function.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the presence and credibility to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Workday or a comparable enterprise HCM platform, including experience shaping performance system processes and improvements.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and modern performance management technology, with experience evaluating or scaling them in a live environment, is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run the annual talent cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and calibration across a global workforce.
• Facilitate calibration sessions and help leaders apply ratings and standards consistently.
• Support managers and People Business Partners with performance management year-round.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews, including 9-box discussions and identifying critical roles.
• Maintain talent data and succession plans in Workday.
• Partner with People Analytics to build scorecards and dashboards showing leader participation and talent health.
• Lead change and adoption for new talent processes and tools, including communications and training.
• Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on talent programs and policies.
