Job summary
Amazon's Global Specialty Recruiting Team (GSR) seeks a Talent Intelligence Analyst to deliver market insights and analytics for senior technical and leadership hiring. You will partner with GSR, HR, and finance to drive hiring strategies globally, design research frameworks, and create geo-talent solutions.
You will lead end-to-end intelligence projects, translate data into narratives and strategy documents, and build dashboards to accelerate decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership.
- 7+ years in corporate or search firm recruiting, focusing on passive engineering candidates in high-tech markets.
- Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end market intelligence projects including geo deep dives and benchmarking studies.
- Translate data into executive-ready visuals and strategy documents.
- Design and maintain self-service dashboards; leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis.
- Partner with Recruiting leadership and HR to shape hiring decisions.
- Mentor and collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiters on sourcing strategies.
