Wise is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to foster a culture of continuous learning. You will facilitate onboarding and leadership programs, design targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global initiatives across regions.

You will conduct learning needs analyses, provide data-backed insights for stakeholders, and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar. Strong PM, data interpretation, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Partner with squads to develop and execute learning strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights for MBRs/QBRs and stakeholders.
• Maintain global learning calendar and ensure timely content updates.
• Coach and mentor new team members and region colleagues.
