Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Waltham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development to shape GM pipeline experiences and accelerate readiness for General Managers across the organization. You will translate talent priorities into scalable, technology-enabled development experiences with executives and partners.

The role leads end-to-end program management, collaborating with Talent Development and Talent Management to align with the GM journey and business priorities while leveraging digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Learning & Development, with Talent Management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs from planning through delivery.
• Experience designing blended learning for global audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating learning for managers and senior leaders globally.
• Experience using NovoEd or similar platform and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and deliver the Aspiring General Manager Program and enterprise transition enablement for new GMs.
• Develop plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional design partners to create blended, engaging learning experiences.
• Design manager enablement strategies to support learning on the job.
• Engage leaders and SMEs to shape content and events aligned with priorities.
• Facilitate blended learning for global manager and senior leader audiences.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
