Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Global Market Development Specialist in Massachusetts to drive multi-channel marketing for a portfolio of single-use products. You will work within a matrixed organization to develop global campaigns and ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Marketing.
• 4–5 years of marketing experience, biopharma/biotech a plus.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and align with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of value proposition, 4Ps, 3Cs and marketing mix.
• Experience with product area marketing plans.
• Experience developing messaging for sales materials.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management and planning skills.
• Strong business sense and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Work with product management to align positioning and value propositions.
• Partner with digital marketing to optimize performance across channels.
• Create technical content across web, video, social media, and ads.
• Develop sales tools and customer materials with product mgmt, R&D, and sales.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our multi-brand strategy.
• Coordinate with global functions to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with regional marketing managers to implement programs.
