• 1+ years in M&A or strategic planning at top firms or MBA with 2+ years.
• Strong financial, analytical skills and valuation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A strategy objectives and track acquisition opportunities.
• Participate on teams evaluating M&A opportunities and leading divestitures.
• Build and present financial models including valuation and pro forma.
• Assist with due diligence and integration planning.
• Conduct industry and competitive research for senior leaders.
• Analyze SEC filings, Wall Street research, and market reports.
• Support special projects for the Corporate Development team.
