The onsite position at our Waltham, MA headquarters offers a hybrid schedule with relocation assistance. Candidates should have 5+ years in M&A and strong financial analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Science, or a technical field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in M&A (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments).
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and negotiating business transactions including acquisition evaluation, modeling, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop M&A strategies and provide decision support for senior leadership.
• Identify, research, analyze, and value potential acquisitions and other strategic opportunities.
• Support M&A strategy objectives and due diligence across transactions.
