Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a seasoned Learning & Development professional to design, deliver and optimize in-person and virtual training for our global talent pool. You’ll partner with leaders in a fast‑paced professional services environment to align curriculum with strategic priorities.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, proficiency with Articulate and Synthesia, and the ability to travel. You’ll enable performance, succession, and inclusion across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of learning & development curriculum development and training solutions for in-person and virtual delivery.
• 2+ years working in a professional services environment.
• 2+ years supporting customers virtually only.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs assessment and translate business needs into global learning programs.
• Design, develop and deliver blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with global Talent Development leaders and travel as needed.
• Assess training effectiveness and ROI for continuous improvement.
