Job summary

Future is seeking a Global Talent Development Lead to shape, design, and deliver group-wide training and development programmes. You will partner with People Business Partners and executives to identify skills gaps across our global hubs and deliver training both virtually and in-person.

You will build talent frameworks, coach managers, and track learning metrics to ensure programmes align with the organisation's core values. Hybrid Bath office.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for diverse professional levels.
• Familiar with learning platforms and talent technologies.
• Excellent communication to guide and advise global teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose global training and development needs.
• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions virtually and in-person.
• Map future-skills requirements across the business using talent frameworks.
• Offer consultative advice on future talent opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external training suppliers and experts.
• Evaluate, track, and report on training performance.
