Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a data-driven HR analytics leader to create and monitor metrics for stakeholders, drive high-quality hiring, and evolve recruiting programs across the globe.

You will partner with HR and business teams to turn data into actionable insights, streamline reporting, and support senior leaders with ad hoc analyses while ensuring timely delivery and global alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical subjects or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance).
• 1-5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to turn data into compelling, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engage senior executives.
• Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford CT

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholders
• Lead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs
• Drive high-quality hiring and reduce open positions
• Drive execution of recruiting best practices
• Disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teams
• Identify opportunities to create new or enhance existing reporting
• Act as a trusted data partner for key stakeholders
• Collaborate with business partners within and outside HR to solve business issues
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support HR and Gartner leadership
