EverAI Limited is a fully remote, fast-growing AI company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and engage top global talent. You will partner with the founders and leaders across the business to build a scalable recruiting function in a rapidly expanding organization.

You will drive candidate experience, conduct structured interviews, and implement innovative sourcing strategies while maintaining a high-trust, fast-moving culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience: reach from major tech hubs USA, EU, LATAM, etc.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.] ,
