Job summary

EverAI is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will own global sourcing, build a scalable recruitment stack, and partner with founders to hire 100+ people as we scale.

You will manage the candidate experience, conduct structured interviews, and refine hiring workflows. This role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, with tech hiring experience and a proven ability to hire across US, EU, LATAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM, etc.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Thrives in a high-trust environment with empowerment to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Map and source global talent, engaging candidates through thoughtful outreach.
• Implement an AI-first recruitment stack and use niche channels to find top talent.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to offer and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide concise summaries for Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate on hiring operations, employer branding, and scalable processes.
