Job summary

EverAI is rapidly expanding its team and seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive global sourcing and candidate engagement for a fully remote setup. You will partner with founders and leaders to attract top AI and tech talent across the world, shaping EverAI’s growth at scale.

You’ll own end-to-end candidate experiences, refine hiring workflows with leadership, and contribute to employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent for EverAI.
• Map and engage elite tech talent from Tier 1 hubs worldwide.
• Support AI-first recruitment tooling and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates globally.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide concise summaries for Hiring Managers.
