EverAI Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive global sourcing for a rapidly scaling AI company. You will partner with the CEO and leaders to build a world‑class recruitment stack, refine sourcing strategies, and maintain high-quality candidate experiences at scale.

You will work in a fully remote role with international hiring and a strong emphasis on tech recruitment, employer branding, and process innovation to support growth beyond 100+ employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage top global talent for EverAI.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide concise summaries for Hiring Managers.
• Improve hiring workflows in collaboration with founders and team leads.
