Job summary

EverAI is rapidly expanding beyond 100+ employees and is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global, remote team. You’ll shape hiring from strategy to candidate experience, partnering with founders and leaders to build world-class teams for an AI companionship platform.

You’ll own talent mapping, sourcing, and process innovation, using AI tools to scale hiring across USA, Europe, and LATAM, while maintaining a high-trust, high-impact culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage elite global tech talent from Tier 1 hubs.
• Support an AI-first recruitment stack and niche channels.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates.
• Improve hiring workflows with Founders and Team Leads.
