Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining the ATS, attending job fairs, writing job profiles, and updating descriptions. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Continuously sourcing/interviewing and building candidate pipelines for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Works via social media to place open positions and promote RS Americas as an employer of choice.
• Prepares job profiles and writes advertisements for permanent and temporary positions.
• Develops/updates job descriptions with assistance of People Business Partner.
• Maintains ATS and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with EEO regulations.
• Attends job fairs and college recruiting events.
• Sets up interview panels and provides interview questions.
• Reviews hiring processes for equal employment opportunity compliance.
