Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level Operations roles, acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders and developing strategies that align with business priorities and market conditions.

This contract role emphasizes proactive sourcing, diverse talent pipelines, and an engaging candidate experience, with 40 hours/week and a pay rate of $35–$40/hr on W-2 without benefits, located in Amarillo, TX or nearby areas.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–10+ years in full-cycle recruitment with consultative partnership with business leaders to define talent needs.
• Ability to travel occasionally to events and company locations as needed.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies.
• Prior ATS experience; Workday ATS highly preferred; knowledge of EEO and Affimative Action and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer development.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and market conditions and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategy, compensation considerations, and market trends.
