Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
Strong candidate engagement and screening skills.
U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
Support recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
Leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations.
