Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Austin, TX (Onsite) | Full Time | $40-$42/hr

Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Contractor who can hit the ground running and deliver results fast. The recruiting team is short-staffed, so we need someone confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of roles immediately. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate positions and be the driving force in connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

  What You’ll Do

  
  
  
  
  
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and hiring priorities
    
  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
    
  • Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
    
  • Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top candidates
    
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and compliance throughout the process
    
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely candidate communication
    
  • Support onboarding, including facilitating compliance requirements such as fingerprinting
    
    
    

    What We’re Looking For

    
    
    
    
    
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
      
    • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
      
    • Financial services industry experience a plus, but not required
      
    • Self-starter with a “get it done” mindset, able to work independently and with urgency
      
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
