Job summary

System One is seeking a Recruiter in Amarillo, TX for a 9 month contract with a hybrid work model (onsite and remote). You will manage full recruiting lifecycle, collaborate with leaders, source talent, and build diverse pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–10+ years in full-cycle recruitment, experience with Workday ATS, and knowledge of EEO/Affirmative Action and employment law. Occasional travel may be required. Join a team focused on delivering top talent while supporting hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent.
• 3–10+ years experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Ability to travel occasionally to events and company locations.
• Experience developing recruitment plans and diverse talent pools.
• Prior ATS experience; Workday ATS highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affritive Action.
• Knowledge of employment law and TA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake and strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-hire activities.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and market conditions to develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, platforms, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise on recruiting strategy, compensation considerations, and market trends.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders.
• Communicate employer value proposition to attract high-quality talent.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
• Embed DEI and equal employment opportunity principles in recruiting and selection.
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities with attention to detail.
• Work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels, including executives.
• Maintain knowledge of company programs, compensation practices, and talent strategies.
