Job summary

You will partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and stakeholders to implement compliant, efficient hiring practices and drive continuous improvement across regions. Training and vendor coordination are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations or HR project management.
• Strong understanding of TA processes, policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of global TA processes and policies across the full talent lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to align recruitment with business goals.
• Develop and deliver ORC training and support global recruitment teams.
