Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly motivated Specialist for Talent Acquisition Operations to shape global TA processes, policies, and learning.

You will lead ORC administration, collaborate with HRIS, and drive compliant, efficient recruitment practices across regions. You will partner with GTA leadership to create inclusive hiring strategies, develop Learning Labs, and support Early Career programs, including university engagement and internships.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in TA operations, programs, or HR projects.
• Experience developing and optimizing global TA processes and policies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment compliance across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of global TA processes and policies across the talent lifecycle.
• Partner with GTA leadership to execute inclusive hiring strategies and alignment with business goals.
• Design and deliver GTA Learning Labs and TA upskilling initiatives.
• Act as ORC Systems Administrator and collaborate with HRIS for updates and testing.
• Conduct compliance audits (REQ/I-9/background) and implement process improvements.
• Oversee Early Career programs including University relations and internship operations.
• Manage TA vendor lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and renewals.
