Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global TA Process Owner to govern enterprise talent acquisition across regions. You will define the global TOM, design compliant end-to-end TA workflows, and partner with Product Owners and D&T to translate requirements into technology solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Process Excellence in a global matrix
Experience owning enterprise-scale TA process governance and design
Lean Six Sigma certification and Kaizen/ DMAIC experience
Proven ability to drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements in TA/HR

Responsibilities

Own the global TA process end-to-end including process maps, TOM, controls, and compliance checkpoints.
Lead global continuous improvement with Kaizen cycles, fast iteration, and a live CI backlog.
Embed GDPR, EU pay transparency, and other regulatory requirements into process design.
Partner with Legal, HR Compliance, and regional TA leaders on audits and readiness assessments.
Drive adoption through training, communications, and regional process champion networks.
