Job summary

CBRE seeks a Global TA Process Owner to govern end-to-end talent acquisition processes and drive the People AI Transformation across regions. You will design and enforce global standards, oversee process maps from requisition to onboarding, and lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Your role blends strategic governance with hands-on workflow design, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable adoption across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Process Excellence within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle and TA platform ecosystems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt strongly preferred).
• Proven experience identifying and implementing automation or AI-enabled process improvements in TA or HR context.

Responsibilities

• Own the global TA end-to-end process, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Define and maintain the global Target Operating Model (TOM) for TA, including decision rights, RACI matrices, controls, and compliance checkpoints.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into process design decisions (GDPR, EU Pay Transparency, local labor laws).
• Establish and maintain a global process documentation library (SOPs, process flows, SIPOC diagrams, work instructions).
• Lead the global TA continuous improvement framework with Kaizen cycles and lean methods.
• Work with Product Owners, SMEs, and D&T to translate process intent into actionable tech requirements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC/PDCA cycles to diagnose root causes and drive improvements.
• Maintain a live CI backlog governed by a cross-regional improvement board.
• Lead process re-engineering streams supporting TA operating model changes, including AI/workflow automation initiatives.
