• 6+ years recruiting experience with global scale.
• 4+ years leading multi-regional or multi-country teams (NA, India, UK).
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and labor laws across geographies.
• Experience leading adoption of AI, automation in TA processes.
• Track record redesigning processes delivering efficiencies.

Responsibilities
