Job summary

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd seeks an experienced Recruiter to support global hiring across permanent, temporary and internship roles. You will work with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment while maintaining data integrity and a positive candidate experience across multiple locations.

You will balance stakeholder partnership, direct sourcing and candidate management with operational discipline to support hiring on a global scale, in a hands-on role with diverse remit.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with a track record of end-to-end hiring globally.
• Comfortable recruiting across functions, locations and levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing external recruitment agencies and partners, including coordination of agency-delivered recruitment.
• Experience supporting temporary hiring activities, including working with external staffing providers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing recruitment administration, compliance and process governance.
• Able to balance hands-on delivery with coordination and operational responsibilities.
• Experience working in international or geographically dispersed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, temporary and internship roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Screen, assess and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding activities and hiring documentation.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Support global coordination and alignment with external partners.
• Promote governance and consistency across locations.
