Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting with global scope.
• Experience recruiting in software/FinTech/SaaS sectors.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse/Workday/iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting in North America and EMEA; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Source and attract diverse candidates globally through multiple channels.
• Lead recruitment across regions and coordinate with time zones.
• Define hiring needs with leaders and craft recruitment strategies.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and reflect company culture.
• Stay current on market trends and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Collaborate with the global TA team on CoE initiatives.
