ByteDance’s BytePlus cloud service unit in San Jose is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support global talent scaling for enterprise clients.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with business teams to define hiring needs, optimize processes, use market mapping to engage top talent, and lead campus and referral projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with high interpersonal sensitivity and influence.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; open-minded and committed to continuous learning and growth.
• Result-oriented, taking pride in every effort and outcome, and committed to building deep expertise in the recruiting field.

Responsibilities
