Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to help manage the end-to-end site acquisition process for hyper-scale data centers worldwide. You will collaborate with engineering, capacity planning, and operations teams, plus global partners, to learn and implement the full lifecycle from market analysis to contract execution.

Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and the ability to engage cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to track multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Support capacity planning and site acquisition in assigned metros/regions; assist market analysis to inform strategy.
• Engage with suppliers; support due-diligence tasks and documentation of site acquisitions.
• Assist in managing lease portfolio, track key terms, deadlines, and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Compliance) for contract negotiations and deal summaries.
