Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Three years of management or leadership experience across regional/global teams.
• Five years of DE&I programming experience.
• Five years of ATS experience with reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead global TA program development with senior leaders.
• Oversee ATS usage and integrate TA tools, including LinkedIn.
• Develop talent strategies with HR and business units globally.
• Manage internal/external TA communications and branding.
• Oversee MSP operations and ensure high-quality hiring experiences.
