Qualifications

• 15+ years of TA leadership experience, 10+ years leading people across regions.
• Experience recruiting in hardware/tech manufacturing or similarly complex environments.
• Proven ability to build employer brands and attract top talent globally.
• Collaborates with Finance, HR Leaders, and Centers of Excellence to deliver outcomes.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape talent strategy with the business and translate growth priorities into TA plans.
• Connect workforce plans to delivery with Finance, business, and HR; own global hiring performance and TA budget.
• Build a truly global TA function with strong regional leadership outside the US.
• Introduce technology and new approaches to improve hiring outcomes and adoption across teams.
