Job summary

Collectors Universe, the leader in third-party authentication and grading for high-value collectibles, is expanding its Santa Ana headquarters with a Technical Recruiter role. You will partner with hiring managers to scale engineering, data, design, and product teams and build inclusive talent pipelines.

You will source passive candidates, conduct conversations, advocate for candidates, and help optimize interview and offers. Remote candidates will be considered; located in Santa Ana preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience with in-house recruiting and closing complex offers.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS.

Responsibilities

• Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events
• Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about Collectors Universe and the roles for which they are interested in or have applied for
• Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches, with a particular focus on using data to drive decision making and strategies
• Be a champion of structured interview processes and ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process
• Manage offers by extending offers, negotiating, and acting as an internal advocate for candidates
