Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a Recruiting Leader to drive evolution, scaling, and management of our Grading, Operations & High-Volume Recruiting function. Own end-to-end strategy, infrastructure, and a team powering hundreds of hires domestically and internationally.

You'll partner with senior leaders, design scalable hiring infrastructure, and implement perpetual sourcing programs. Preference for on-site in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ, with US remote options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting with high-volume or operations focus.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams and scale programs.
• Experience with full-time and contingent staffing across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy domestically & internationally.
• Scale a high-volume hiring engine delivering 500+ hires annually.
• Redesign recruiting operations for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Build and manage reporting infrastructure and capacity models.
• Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs and manage vendors.
