Dayforce is seeking a bold, modern Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead global hiring for a 9,000-person software company. You will run a world-class TA organization, partner with senior leaders, and drive AI-enabled transformation across technical, GTM, corporate and leadership roles.

You will manage roughly 2,000 hires annually, build capability across regions, and shape a scalable operating model while inspiring a global team to deliver exceptional outcomes and competitive advantage.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Experience transforming TA operating models, processes and tech.

• Data-driven with experience using recruiting analytics and AI.

Responsabilités

• Set the global Talent Acquisition vision and strategy.
• Lead a global TA team of ~35 professionals to high performance.
• Oversee ~2,000 hires annually across technical, GTM, corporate and leadership roles.
• Partner with executives, HR and Finance to translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Drive operational excellence in quality, speed, candidate experience, and productivity.
• Modernize TA through AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Shape hiring for an AI-enabled future and evolving talent profiles.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience across markets.
• Partner with Product Management to integrate TA insights into platforms.
