Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to scale a global recruiting function across engineering, GTM, and operations. You will design scalable hiring systems, build an employer brand, and develop an AI-powered recruiting operation that delivers high‑quality hires at pace.

This role sits at the crossroads of strategy and hands-on execution, partnering with founders and executives to position Fieldguide as the destination employer in San Francisco and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership, scale toward 600+ employees.
• Proven ability to partner with founders and execs on hiring strategy.
• Global recruiting programs across geographies and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a globally distributed TA team.
• Shape employer brand and candidate experience.
• Define scalable processes and AI-enabled operations with real-time dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing and People Ops to tell Fieldguide's story.
