GC AI is seeking a VP of People to lead the People function through rapid growth. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to build infrastructure, programs, and leadership capabilities needed for the next growth phase.

The role combines strategic design with hands-on leadership across HR ops, talent, benefits, and total rewards. You will coach executives, shape organizational design, and drive workforce planning while building scalable People systems and embracing AI across operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of People/HR experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to build foundational People programs and infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with executives on organizational design and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the People function end-to-end, including HR ops, talent, benefits, and total rewards.
• Hire, build, and manage the People team as we scale.
• Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership needs.
• Coach leaders through organizational and people challenges with practical programs.
• Drive performance management, calibration, feedback, and promotions.
• Lead employee relations and compliance activities in collaboration with Legal.
• Build scalable HR programs and systems, including onboarding and manager enablement.
• Oversee HRIS migration and analytics to scale with the business.
• Identify and implement AI/LLM applications across People operations.
