Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition
• 3+ years leading a recruiting team
• Experience in private equity-backed or acquisitive companies preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead SSA's global talent acquisition function across the U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.K., and Austria.
• Oversee recruiting operations, sourcing, hiring standards, and candidate experience across all branches.
• Scale a centralized, data-driven recruiting engine with strong employer branding.
