Scientific Safety Alliance seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting efforts across the U.S., PR, the U.K., and Austria. You will build pipelines for technical and scientific roles, partner with branch leaders on workforce planning, and shape our employer brand to attract top talent in multiple markets.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategy and execution, with a focus on data-driven decision making, building a scalable talent engine, and ensuring seamless

Competenze

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years leading a recruiting team.
• Proven success building a talent attraction or employer branding strategy across multiple regions.
• Experience scaling a talent function in a high-growth, multi-location organization; PE-backed preferred.
• Track record hiring field service, technical, or scientific talent at volume.
• Experience across multiple states and internationally (UK, EU, PR).
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience selecting or managing an ATS and modern recruiting tools.

Mansioni

• Design and execute SSA's global talent attraction strategy across the U.S., PR, the U.K., and Austria.
• Own SSA's full talent acquisition function, including operations, sourcing, and candidate experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop SSA's recruiters; set goals and maintain accountability.
• Advise branch leaders on workforce planning, role design, and selection decisions.
• Build sourcing channels and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles with schools, military programs, and networks.
• Standardize end-to-end recruiting; manage ATS and onboarding handoffs to HR.
• Build SSA employer brand with careers content and messaging highlighting employee ownership.
• Deliver talent dashboards: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, retention.
• Support due diligence and integration of acquired companies' talent during M&A.
