Job summary

This role drives recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding across the US and may align with Hampstead operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience including talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruitment programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead projects and influence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition for US roles and partner with leaders.
• Design and improve onboarding and new hire experience.
• Develop interview training and sourcing strategies.
• Manage offboarding and retention initiatives.
• Partner with Hampstead operations for HR programs.
