Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent, people, business development, or related fields.
• Experience managing and leading global teams.
• AI appetite with real examples of using AI today.
• Emotional intelligence to move the business in ways AI can’t, building deep connections with stakeholders.
• Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.
