You will work across the company to unpack complex problems, identify where technology creates leverage, and lead a team delivering AI agents, automation, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex technology initiatives in consulting or digital transformation.
• Exceptional structured problem solving to map business goals to tech leverage.
• Fluency across architecture, APIs, integrations, data, and automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, LLMs, agents, and AI-enabled development.
• Proven track record from problem framing to measurable business impact.
• Strong product thinking and ability to drive adoption and impact.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• College degree in a relevant field.
• Ready to work in an office environment most days.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how teams operate to identify high-leverage technology opportunities.
• Lead autonomous initiatives using agents, AI, and software.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to adoption and impact.
