Checkr is seeking a Senior Director of Talent to lead and scale our global recruiting function. You will shape the talent strategy, partner with cross-functional leadership, and drive data-driven improvements across hiring processes.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and Head of People, you will guide a team of about 15 recruiters, advancing AI-enabled recruitment and building Checkr’s employer brand globally, including LATAM markets such as Santiago, Chile.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting teams including both tech and non-tech recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the talent recruiting function to align with Checkr’s growth and business goals.
• AdviseCheckr leaders and partners across functions to optimize recruiting initiatives.
• Integrate AI and other technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
• Recruit nationwide with LATAM focus, including building presence in Santiago, Chile.
• Mentor and develop a team of ~15 talent acquisition professionals and raise standards of performance.
