Job summary

American Sugar Refining seeks a Recruiter to lead full life‑cycle searches from our West Palm Beach office. You will partner with leadership and HR Business Partners to source candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and drive staffing strategy. The role emphasizes building a strong employment brand and campus relations.

You will manage pre-screenings, interviews, offers, and candidate communications, ensuring timely hires while maintaining quality and compliance across global positions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting IT and Engineering positions.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Travel approximately 10–20% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute recruitment activities for hourly, professional and senior level positions globally.
• Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers utilizing various sourcing methodologies.
• Track and report metrics, identify trends and establish staffing goals in line with HR strategies.
• Establish strong internal relationships and provide staffing strategy guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate job postings, requisitions, and applicant tracking processes with HR teams.
• Manage salary offers and candidate communications through to hire.
• Drive talent acquisition process improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
