Job summary

Airspace is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Coordinator to scale during rapid growth. You’ll support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and core HR operations, partnering with the Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR leadership to build our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS data, and ensuring compliant onboarding and records in HRIS.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in HR or related admin roles.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling a plus).
• Proficiency with G-Suite products.
• Familiarity with compliance/benefits administration.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other tools.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Assist with onboarding tasks and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and support compliance tracking.
