Job summary
Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead regional TA across North America and EMEA. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coach leaders, and drive data-driven recruiting strategies at scale.
You will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business needs, improve processes, and leverage technology to deliver exceptional execution across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience leading multi-team, multi-regional TA.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, and talent strategy.
- Experience with ATS, analytics, automation, and responsible AI in recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition delivery across North America and EMEA through regional managers and team leads.
- Translate global TA priorities into regional operating plans and milestones.
- Coach and develop subordinate leaders and plan succession.
- Monitor hiring demand, requisitions, and delivery risks; adjust plans as needed.
- Establish operating cadences and use data to prioritize work and resources.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on hiring demand and strategies.
