Alcon is seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Effectiveness to shape how we attract and hire talent worldwide. You will set the strategy, operating model, and governance for enablement, technology, analytics, and process excellence to drive better quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience (or higher/alternative education).
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and TA technologies including sourcing, CRM, assessments, recruitment marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define global TA enablement strategy and governance.
• Lead TA technology strategy and ROI analysis.
• Oversee employer branding and recruitment marketing globally.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance and RPO partners to align priorities.
