Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or related discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Experience leading through managers.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience using data, reporting, and labor market insights.
• Experience supporting professional hiring programs (corporate, shared services, early career, Campus, Veteran, international).
• Strong data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategy for the professional stream.
• Lead recruiting delivery against hiring demand, pipeline health, and quality.
• Develop Senior Managers and recruiting teams; drive performance and succession.
• Serve as talent advisor to business leaders with market insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for pre-award planning and post-award delivery.
• Improve recruiting processes, systems, and operating models.
• Advise on AI-enabled recruiting practices with human oversight.
• Drive recruitment data and metrics to guide decisions.
